Paula grew up in Fairview Park with 2 siblings.  As a child, Paula had aspirations of becoming a police officer. Never in a million years did she think she would stumble into the real estate industry, but you can't always predict where or when you'll discover what you're meant to do in life. 

Paula was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it.  So that's what she did and she worked hard!

As the years went by, Paula worked her way from Uncle Bills to Higbees at Westgate Mall doing security work and then when she was just about to become a police officer she found a new path, becoming a real estate agent, never wavering her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move.

Paula got into the real estate industry 40 plus years ago when her former husband, who was also a police officer got his real estate license. She set out to learn from the best by going on listing appointments with top agents and learned how to creatively write contracts when interest rates were at all time highs back in the early 1980's.

As her career advanced, Paula found her stride working with first time buyers, for sale by owners and several builders.  She's an expert in new homes, marketing and listing homes for sale and she is also RCC Residential Construction Certified. She has also worked with HUD and Fannie Mae selling many of their distressed homes over the past 15 years.

Throughout her career, Paula has earned numerous accolades, including:

      * Listed in Cleveland Magazine as Top 100 RE Agents in NE Ohio in 2018 & 2019

      * Sales manager for several franchise offices

      * Former real estate franchise owner   2007-2011

      * Real Estate Brokers License attained in 1989

Paula currently lives in Sandstone Ridge in Berea.  In her free time, she enjoys being an organizer for a social group called Chillin' Relaxin' Happy Hours & more...
